Maine Coon cats are bred for health, temperament, color, and size. They are intelligent, trainable, and are the largest domesticated breed of cat, often called “gentle giants”. They are great with children and other pets and are known as being “dog-like”, since they can play fetch and love the water. They have an incredibly friendly personality, which makes them a wonderful pet for everyone.
Life expectancy of a Maine Coon can range between 12 and 15 years. Females can weigh on average of 10 to 15 pounds, while males can weigh on average of 20 to 25 pounds. They require high quality, high protein food to develop strong bones. They are long haired and require brushing at least 3 times a week.
All our furry parents are TICA (The International Cat Association) and WCF (World Cat Federation) registered, with European Pedigrees, genetic testing, up to date with all vaccinations, and microchipped.
Our cats are part of our family. The kittens are handled and cuddled from the very start, ensuring that they are extremely well socialized. They will be accustomed to phones, vacuums, music, loud noises, and, of course, dogs. They are raised with love and kindness.
We only have few litters per year, so that our family will always have the time to properly care for each litter and socialize each kitten for you. Kittens stay with their mothers until 12 weeks of age. Kittens will be up to date on all vaccines and wellness checks, microchipped, and litter box trained, when they come to you. Pedigree-eligible registration is available with TICA (The International Cat Association). Please note that kittens must be spayed/neutered in order to be registered. You can select your kitten remotely or we are happy to have you come visit them!
